I booked a round trip by Make my Trip for Go Air flight from Mumbai to Delhi and back, Booking ID - NF**************, the flight was cancelled by Airline and they informed the refund the processed to Make my Trip, on ** May I got a confirmation that Make my trip has processed my refund and after more than * month I am still waiting for my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
