I've a booked a ticket in Airindia on June **,****. Due to incorrect date of departure i've raised a request for cancellation for ticket for which they asked me to send an email to ecommerce so i did that after speaking with customer support. After * months I am trying to follow up for refund, customer support unable to pull my ticket details without e ticket number. I've booked ticket in vande bharat mission at peak traffice time i didn't receive any e-ticket number or confirmation email. I have requested support team to escalate with transactions details and along with PNR all they did is disconnecting my calls. Its an harassment disconnecting the calls without even providing solution, its an real pain dealing with airindia one of the worst support. I am sharing this issue in the hope of refund
