Gargi Ampli filed complaint against Airindia on Jun 23, 2020
I had booked a flight from Germany to India and a return flight for April ** ****. Airindia cancelled my flight in mid March, but they haven't refunded my money yet. I have made a number of calls to the customer care and have written dozens of email since then. They don't respond at all and send me automated emails. It is really frustrating.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
