Dear sir/mam
Air India...............is not working satisfactorily, due to pandemic flights are cancelled
Still refund is not received!
On one single phone call indigo is giving refund ,they are pre booking tickets and many more with very friendly nature !
Air India must learn from Indigo .otherwise people will teach lessons,
people aren't unintelligents in democratic country like modern India...
I clearly state that I don't want old system wallet like credit points ...
I need my refund Airindia
Case registred before * months ..but in vain what's the resolution point ? !
When calling to customer service , your reps after long waiting and pause speech ...are telling .....to send the email to ecommerce@air ..., but from airindia backend mails are coming to speak with customer service center !... What is this
are you playing with customers?
Air India is playing around the Bush, even after lot of mails and conversations refund is not received, reason being sought for the delay ?
Once Supreme court had passed rule to pay the full refund, why there is delay and playing games with customers ?
I give * star rating to" Indigo " at one attempt with friendly nature they returned the money
"Air India must learn from Indigo"......!!!!
