Civabagyawathi Civashankar filed complaint against AirIndia on Oct 28, 2020
I planned to travel on **th July from London to India, so i tried to book ticket in AirIndia (VandeBharath mission), unfortunately payment failed but my money got deducted in my account. Tried again to book ticket on **th July,but within fraction of second, no ticket left.
So i planned to travel on *th July and my ticket is booked.
Later in evening i got ticket for **th July as well. Now i have two tickets one on *th july and other on **th july. So i contacted Airindia customer service to cancel this **th July ticket, and it was cancelled by EcommerceAirindia team. Refund Amount is still not credited to my account. It is been * months literally.
Dropping email to EcommerceAirindia is of no help. No response from them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
