SOTC TRAVEL LIMITED. - Airfare refund

Hi sir/madam,

I am Pravin Bhausaheb Patil, file No. FS********,
i had booked Maldives holiday trip between *th may **** to **th may ****.
My return flight from Male to Mumbai Got cancelled by GoAir , Since flight was cancelled i was asked to book another indogo one prior of departure, As i was assured by your sales Manager Mr. Soaib Khan that flight booking amount which was Rs. ***** , would be refunded in account as it falls under trip cancellations & Interruption as per insurance policy.
Now claim is rejected,
Neither claim amount refunded nor filght cancellation amount.
Its been around a month still waiting for refund.
Called Soaib khan many times , hardly pick ups the call and gives false promises,
keep saying today will be done. which today he is saying i dont know,
