I have booked a flight ticket on-line on Travelgenio website. At the beginning they have offered the ticket for ***.** sterling pound which i have accepted and continued the booking process. At the last step the airfare was changed to be ***.** sterling with a special discount in minus value of *.**, which means i will get the price I have accepted at the beginning. After purchasing, I have been charged for the deviated airfare ***.** without getting the special discount. I have communicated with customer service, they refuse to refund the money for the special discount because it is offered to Maestro Spain Cardholders, which is not mentioned on the website
