I have booked Air ticket ticket from Patna to Ahemdabad on *st May **** ( Spice Jet airlines ) for a travel on *th May . Just after booking I got this msg.
Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF*********
Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at ****-***-**** or send us an email at support@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you.In Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed."
I have been following up for refund since last * months. Initially they said it will be refunded by **th May and then told me that it will be refunded by **th June but after that they stop receiving my call and email as well.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
