• Booking was created vide ** digit mobile no. ********** by my brother in law who is currently stationed in Slough, UK on my behalf.
• As he is not able to reach MMT helpline from there I am following up on his behalf and being the passenger for who the air tickets were booked.
• We (I myself along with my wife and two kids) were supposed to travel on **th of May from DEL to EDI on Finn air
• Due to the COVID ** situation the flights have been cancelled by Finn air and due to government lockdown situations in India there was no flights operational hence the journey was not possible.
• Under such circumstance when there is complete uncertainty for our next travel date, I was forced to cancel the tickets.
. After Multiple follow ups MMT refunded ** tickets amount out of ** in MMT Wallet amounting to *,**,*** on **th May.
. ***-********** / OLD TICKET REF: ***-********** JXWE*P still remains unattended and not refunded as on date.
. Tried requesting MMT for refunding amount to bank account but there is no help of any kind.
Kindly help to get this amount refunded. Regards Hari
