Hi. I have to book a ticket delhi to singapore. I did open make my trip web site and filled details from .. to... and depart date. The date was selected
from calendar that already available at thats site page. I select **th of Sep. and click on search. web poped up with fare details. I did choose one flight and booked the ticket. When booked and saw the ticket ..it was ** nov. I was shocked .. when I did select ** th sep **** how can their web site jump to ** nov. I did call to make my trip customer care to resolve the issue *********** there computer said that they are busy for next ten days. Some how did call to book new ticket and only then some CCare representative picked up the phone and i asked the issue then that she transferred the phone . the other guy behaviour was rude and without resolving or giving satisfactory answer disconnected the phone. I emailed them twice to resole the issue but still not got any answer from them. I do not know how and where to approach to resolve this issue. Make my trip service is very poor and rude.
