Booked Tickets to USA in February,****. Air India cancelled the tickets on *th January,**** and informed refund will be credited within *-* weeks. As on date * weeks completed and **th week is goingon, still not get the refund of Rs. ******/-.
We would like to book the tickets to USA this year in May,****. We are not able to book the tickets due to unavailabilty of amount. If we get the refund, then only we can book tickets. We are still awaiting and awaiting for refund but nothing is happening after so many weeks.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
