Airindia - Air india ticket refund amount not received
Sumit Lingappa Pujari filed complaint against Airindia on Feb 23, 2021
It's been * months, and I have not received any refund.
Airindia is not responding on emails (ecommorce@airindia.in), calls, Twitter.
They provide false statments saying refund has been initiated from their end and to laise issue with bank, when asked for transaction or reference id, they do not reply.
I am still waiting for refund from airindia, request to please escalate to higher authorities and help with the refund as soon as possible.
