I could not fly due to medical reasons. I shared the prescriptions dated *th Jan and **th Jan **** with Air Asia that I had herpes zoster and hence could not fly. They have instead refunded me Rs. ****/- in credits which cannot be used for Air Asia India flights. Being an Indian citizen am at a loss as I never agreed to credits in the first place. I want a full refund for this booking.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
