I have booked a hotel using Agoda app, when i reached to location after traveling for around **** km i came to know that hotel doesn't exist.
Requested Agoda to arrange some other hotel but they simply said we cannot do that.
It been more than three hours now having calls with customer support, and didn't get confirmation yet.
It's very pathetic experience when you are traveling with family and hotel which you have booked doesn't exist anymore and have to wait on road with family for hours and staying on calls with Agoda customer support for hours.
