Medibuddy - After the order was cancelled Wrong Products were delivered and half of the products were undelivere

I placed an order of rs. *** on **nd Oct **** on shop.medibuddy.com website with the order #*****. My order consists of * different items and on **th of Oct I received a sms on my number stating "Your order with MediBuddy has been cancelled due to unavailability of stock with our partner." Now if a order has been cancelled I am suppose to receive a refund of total amount but the company cheated with me and Instead of providing refund they sent me only one item that was "dettol liquid handwash" from my order on *rd Nov and that too was sent as Cash on delivery order for which the delivery man asked me to pay him *** rs. even though my order was already prepaid he was not ready to listen. I kept the parcel and paid him *** rs. after contacting customer support they just keep giving false promises that I will receive a callback and email from their team but I haven't received any response at all from them. I have tried calling them * - * times but I always get the same response from every executive that they will arrange a callback or an email will be sent to me. they don't even register a complaint when I ask them to do so. This mental torture was not enough so again they did something wrong, In my order there was one item of "colgate toothbrush" which I ordered in quantity of * packet but they sent me * packets of that toothbrush and billed me *** rs for that. I am attaching the screenshot of my order In which you can clearly see that I ordered only one packet which actually costs *** rs. but as they had **% off coupon on everything I got it for ** rs. technically. I have not opened any of the toothbrush packets and I am ready to return it, just want my refund, and they are not replying to my emails since last ** days. Please take strict action against this fraudulent company for mental harassment! Please help me get my refund of *** rs.
