I purchased a Kent RO (Pride Plus model) on **.**.**** from Amazon (Order no. ***-*******-*******, Invoice no. SATA-*, dated **.**.**, Machine Sl No. KR**********) in EMI. During purchase I got the offer * year warranty+* years free service (Total * years free service from Kent).
But I am sorry to say that they are not able to provide free service according to the offer. Recently I booked twice (*********** & ***********) for servicing but no one visited my home for the servicing purpose. It's not only the first time, previously I faced the same problem again and again. No one visited for servicing but I received a message on my mobile that "......your request ....is resolved & we have received Rs. *.** against it....". In this way they are cheating the customer.
As per my recent request someone called me and denied to visit my home as I purchased the spare parts from Amazon. According to them I need to purchase the parts from the technician paying higher prices. Why should I buy it from them whereas the same product is available in the market at a lower price? They cannot force customers to purchase the same product paying a higher price. I also wrote to know on their Facebook page whether I can purchase the spare parts from another source/online instead of an agent? That time they replied that I can purchase it from other sources too.

Regarding this recently I complained (*******) in NCH but their answer does not satisfy me. According to them I purchased the spare parts from other source so they will not send technician to install it.
My question is: installation is not a part of service? But when I purchased the Kent RO system online then why they send technician to install that?
