Dhani app - After paying all emis it s not reflect in account details

I took a loan of ***** rupees. I was paid all the dues and went abroad. After coming back I found that ***** (total) debited from my bank. When I check with the statement found that the amount was levied by dhani India bulls company. apart from this my cibil score get effected and still showing **** due in cibil application. I recently my credit card bill upto ***** there is no issue of they want me pay **** ( i will give as a charity). But there is no option to pay it also, I tried from * months and called the dhani customer care number but they are telling there is no account of you in our database. Due to this bullshit my credit score decreases *** points. They are rascals.
