Byju - After n no of follow ups n no of mails still Byju is not refunding money

I ordered a cat preparation course worth of *****, but due to some personal issue I cancelled it and even didn't collect the product. SO it was returned. But it has been more than a month but the refund is not yet done. I have mailed them multiple times without any result.
