Apple India Private Limited - After Battery Replacement Phone Damaged by service Centre

I replaced my iphone Xs Battery with Authorised Apple Service centre in Ghansoli Navi Mumbai. After this i am facing problem of sudden shut down of device when its on charging or if i connect charging dock to the phone. This started within a week of replacing the battery. After this i submitted device * times to service centre. First time they told me to they solved this. But same problem was there after i restored my device. Now Phone is in their custody since last ** days. Service centre and apple both are denying to serve this complaint. They are saying even though battery is ** days warranty this shut down issues is nothing related with battery so they can not help me as device is out of warranty. Service centre has ruined my device but no one is taking accountability. Please help me.
