Upgrad.com - Admission token amount refund and loan cancellation

I enrolled in MS in cybersecurity from upgrad.com on the day of **th June **** and on the next day (**th June ****) my sister applied for a loan from zest money of ******. Afterward, I decided to cancel my admission and loan because of financial issues that I'm facing today. I called my admission counselor and asked to cancel my admission and loan which my sister by he refused that it couldn't be possible, I replied it was possible because the course is not yet started.
Even I called zest money and they told me it is possible if upgrad sends you the loan cancellation mail.
upgrad support told me you have to pay loan EMI next * months.
Why should I pay if I'm not if I not willing do the course.
Please help me out
