Adidas India Marketing Private Limited - Adidas not refunding

I ordered two track pants from Adidas on **/**/****. They delivered the product on **/**/****. On **/**/****, i returned the product with all original tags and it was picked up by the delivery man on the same date. On **/**/****, I've received a payment link on my email from adidas. I've opened that link and filled my UPI ID there to receive money. Then the link showed me "Your payment has been initiated and it will take *-* business days to reflect it into your account". Then i waited for three days but i didn't receive any payment. I tried to contact customer support by calling on *********** and i kept on calling repeatedly till today but got no response from them not even once. I sent them Emails on **/**/**** but haven't received any response yet. Today its **/**/**** and i still hanen't received my refund. Please help me, i don't know what else to do. All the details are given below:
