Make My Trip - Additional Visa Charges Paid because of change in Flight Number

I have booked a holiday with my family from make my trip to Thailand. They shared the flight ticket details and itinerary with me based on which I have applied for VISA in advance from India only. When they shared flight tickets with PNR number later, they changed the flight number on which I asked to their support executive that I have already got the visa and flight details have been mentioned in that, will it be problematic there on arrival? She said no, flight number wont affect your visa permission, but authorities there at Bangkok Airport didnt allowed me and my family to enter on this VISA due to change in flight number and I need to pay the Visa on Arrival fee again there at Airport, which is around **** Thai Baht equals to around **** Indian rupees, so I need to spend **,*** Thai Baht there from my reserve money i took there and suffered at airport along with my family and also got short of money according to my plan, which created a lot of inconvenience and humiliation. I am in regular touch with the holiday booking executive Miss Priya Umale (mydesk-service-holidays-sales*@makemytrip.com) after this incident but she is also not giving any solution to raise the matter to concerning authorities, and the support executive Miss Samiksha Sharma (servicesupport@makemytrip.com) who said that everything will be fine and there would be no issues due to this change in flight number. I want my money ***** and ***** penal reimbursement against inconvenience and humiliation I faced there.
