Paytm Mall - Additional cashback not received

I purchased Go pro Hero action camera with my friend's account (priyankalohia**@gmail.com) on Sep*th ****. The amount was *****. The PaytmMall Order Id is **********. I was about to get additional cashback of **% ion my ICICI credit card. I did not get the cashback after ** days in my account as per the terms and conditions. When I called the customer care, firtsly I was told that there was no offer running on at that point of time. I send the screenshot of help section of paytm app regarding the product where it showed as get to know more about icici cashback offer then I was told to send my credit card statement from Sep *th to till date. I sent the statement then I was told that there offer was on icici credit card with selection of emi or no cost emi as option but there was no such condition. I remember that there was ** % cashback if I chose ICICI credit card. If there was no such offer I could not have been asked to send my credit card statement. Please help.
