IDFC first bank - Active Loan which I never took

When I checked my Credit Score on CRED App, I could see an Active Loan account with the IDFC First Bank, which I have never applied. I tried to talk to the Customer Care and they just disconnected the call when I said what happened.
I guess this is affecting my Credit Score thus making an impact on my financial status.
