Lens Kart - Active LK Cash is not being accepted in app store

I have purchased around Rs ****/- lens kart specs on ** Feb **** and I received **** Lens Kart cash (LKCash) which store representative explained me I can used it during my next purchase.
Today I see **** LKCash active in my account and when I am buying new specs their store/app aren't able to apply this offer.
I feel cheated here , lenskart shouldn't have given false offers when buying for first time when they don't intend to honour it.
