Aman Kumar filed complaint against Hathway Broadband Internet on Aug 25, 2018
I took a new hathway connection on **th of Aug,**** and was done with the payment on the same day and the device got the hardware installed on **st August.The technician who came to fix the device informed that the connection will be activated from the same day after *-* hours, but unfortunately we have not received any activation till now. The person who helped us in getting the connection is not responding after taking the payment. Further we have tried to reach out to several customer executives for so many times and they are mentioning that the ticket is still is process and would be fixed within a day.
Its mentioned in hathway website that it would take maximum of ** hours and in this case it is almost going to be * days. Still it is pending for activation.They are not responding or giving me any appropriate details or an exact time by which my account will get activated.
