* days back my bsnl prepaid number -*********** services have been stopped when I enquired about it with bsnl customer services they said when I came with mobile number portability from Vodafone postpaid to bsnI I had pending bills in Vodafone so they stopped my services. But when I was in Vodafone postpaid services I have paid my outstanding bills and then I went to bsnl prepaid services through mobile number portability (mnp) but within the span of those five days of portability process Vodafone customer services call me and they offered me *-months voice plan which is cost *,***/-rupees (approximately with taxes) but I rejected the offer and I told them I had submitted documents in bsnl. So, I don’t need any plans in Vodafone but without my permission and prior intimation they activated *months plan and generated the bill in the process of portability time. So I have never known about it and Vodafone customer services also never told about it, after * months they stopped my bsnl services. My personal and professional life both disturbed due to the block of services and my bank transactions (which I used to receive one time passwords to my number) has been stopped and I got **,***/- loss (in the span of those * days) and also I affected to pay ****rs (which I never used or without any involvement of mine) to Vodafone services and to get the reconnection of my bsnl services. So please compensate for my loss of total **,***/- rupees.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
