MUTHUKUMARAN filed complaint against Vi on Jul 16, 2021
One time I didn't recharged data pack for ** days since I don't required that time. Then to keep active the no I recharged for minimum with no validity. Then they started stopped my connections like outgoing and incoming like threatening and sending messages to recharge for data package. There voice customer care, watsapp interactions also don't have options to raise complaint properly. Then oneday they cut **% amount in the name of video service. Then I deactivated that service. But still it activated for the remaining amount. It is fraud game they are playing and I am in a situation by not able to recharge for any amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
