My Amazon account has been temporarily closed by the company itself without any prior notice on **th March.
Since then I have been trying to contact them and get a resolution but everytime there's a new executive who replies the same that I'll get a mail within **-** hrs. But clearly that has not happened yet.
I had around ****rs in my Amazon Pay balance which I'm unable to use now.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
