Phonepay - Account number not exist but still they have sent money to wrong account number

I have sent a money(*****) to ********** using phone pay
and they have sent money to one dead SBI account which does not exist on this number(**********), I have raised the complaint in phone pay they denied to reverse transactions, if bank account not exist on this number how transactions can be completed,
Bank guys also denied reversing the transactions
I am attaching a screenshot of transactions
in this number(**********) there is no any sbi account exist
