Kotak Mahindra Bank - Account Not unfreezed

Complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank

They have frozen my account and saying due to higher transaction volume we froze the account is this a joke no transaction was in a prohibited manner

if my account doesn't get unfroze I will be going to consumer court and filing a case regarding this I was told by Monday this will be fixed do you even have any idea how many issues
and loss I faced in the meantime my account got frozen even though someone from a branch called me regarding this and asked me why there are so many transactions in my account which should not be Kotak bank business as it's my account and all transactions are personal nothing is business transaction nor any prohibited transactions as I invest intraday stock market there is a frequent debit and credit which is needed for intraday stocks even I co-operated and told them and then they asked for address verification I respectfully co-operated with the process and someone came to my address for address verification captured my photo and documents

and said by Monday account will be fixed here we are today account is still not unfrozen whoever has frozen my account I will be complaining and take action against this firstly freezing the account for a silly reason no other bank in my entire life has done this I have an account with other banks as well which I transaction more frequently then Kotak bank and they have never frozen my account for this reason

I have given them * options right now either unfreeze my account asap or close my account and transfer my funds to my other account asap I won't have any more business with Kotak and will close my account Fixed deposits and credit cards with Kotak Mahinda bank Highly ridiculous.
