Shashidhar filed complaint against IDFC first bank on Aug 12, 2021
I opened savings account online using idfc first bank app. While opening account i had to transfer **k which is the minimum balance requirement. Once the account got opened next day i received a mail stating there is a mismatch with your name in aadhar and pan. So your account is marked debit freeze. When i contacted customee care they insisted to correct my name in pan card. This is only option to remove debit freeze kindly guide how to get back my fund.
