i agree there lies some reason behind this locking of account by myntra. But this is very humiliating. even if there are no open orders. even if there is no capital loss. but it hurts. if someone from myntra is reading this.. please change your policies if you think customers are exploiting you. reduce the return or exchange duration. stop blame gaming. and please make sure.. you wont let the situtation touch this line of account locking. warn them before. but doing this without any prior informatio. is not at all professional and is not acceptable from a integrated firm like MYNTRA.
