Self - Account locked money stuck up

Hi, I hv not yet recd any correspondence from wazirx, had I know that I won't be able to transfer my money back into my bank account I would not hv carried out the transaction
This is keeping the customer in blind and sort of cheating tht I can transfer from my bank/upi to wazirx, for which no msg pops up"your account is locked....... No transaction, contact customer support. "
But when I want to reverse the same it does not allow, neither can I buy any crypto, I wrote to sort out my issue n enable me to reverse my transaction n withdraw n deposit my money back to my bank /upi account , to avoid any legal action
