Grofers India Private Limited - Account has suspended without informing me

I have ordered grocery at Grofers on ** March **** but it was cancelled by Grofers on * April ****. After that they have suspended my account without informing me. I am unable to login now. They have returned amount back except Rs. ** which was taken as zero touch delivery charges for packing. They have also initiated refund of Rs. ** Grofers cash which I have used during payment but I am unable to see this due to suspension of my account.
Besides this I have also Rs. **** in Grofers wallet as Grofers cash but I am unable to use now. I have a proof of this. I have taken screen shot already.
I have complained many times to customer care representatives via email and phone both but they are not solving my issues.
If they want permanently close my account then please let me know and refund my money Rs. **** which is due on Grofers till now.
Kindly do the needful so that I can get justice.
