Prashant Bagga filed complaint against Punjab National Bank on Apr 29, 2019
The amount is withdrawn on *nd Jan-**** from Union Bank ATM, Subzi Mandi Karnal Rs. **,*** from PNB Debit Card but account debited twice. After continuous follow up with the customer care on emails and Twitter, still waiting for the refund. The complaint also registered with Ombudsman but no reply from them. Attach are the ATM records shared by the PNB Customer Care itself. Check Page No. ** highlighted.
