I have Hathway connection for over * year. Yesterday was the last date of my previous recharge but from **:** they stopped the connection. So I recharge immediately and they renew the recharge. But after that, they didn't provide our internet. we lodged a complaint in customer care yesterday at **:** am but without resolving the issue they close the ticket and again we re-opened the ticket but almost ** hours gone we are still without internet. I can't do my office works and other things. Technicians call us but didn't come when we are calling them again they blocked our calls. Everyone is saying it is not our issue. In this situation, we are really helpless. To Whom should we connect? Please help me solve the problem.
