My account (myntrak***@gmail.com) and been deactivated stating some reasons mentioned in certain terms and conditions. The account has been deactivated on **/** whereas I have placed certain orders on **/**. Have received a couple of products and now I'm unable to return them as I have no access to this account. Do understand from a customers point of view and try to be reasonable. The orders placed before can be delivered but no return can be possible for the same. Which sounds so stupid and unfair. Our hard earned money can't be just taken us from like this. I demand you to either activate my account just for a day unless returns are initiated or just initiate a return for all the damn products which are delivered. A proper resolution has to be provided. This isn't the first time that this org has done. I have seen that there are a number of customers who have faced a similar issue and they are really reckless about this behaviour.
Also, no proper reason has been provided on why this has been done. At least this is to be intimated and the account should be able to log in unless the prior orders are closed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
