VAIBHAV MEHANDIRATTA filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 22, 2019
I placed an order for phone and it was dispatched after * days and then it was cancelled by the seller before the delivery day.
And when I tried to log in to my personal account for Flipkart which contains my personal information and card details to my amusement I was blocked.
When I approached customercare they replied to me after * days that the product that you ordered was not for personal use. How can they decided that and on that basis how can they block my account?
My issue is that I want access to my account and I have the right to delete my account and stored card details and also check my order history.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
