Flipkart has blocked my account with login mobile number ********** without giving any prior warning, because of which i m not able to create a refund request for my last * products costing Rs.****/-. The reason behind blocking my account was because i returned few items. So i should not place return requests? I should retain everything i ordered from flipkart without returning even if the products are bad? Why is there return option if i should not return the items?
I was given no warning or intimation before my account was blocked. They blocked my account as soon as i was trying to place return request for the last * items worth Rs.****/-. These people very intelligently tricked me by closing my account immediately after the items were delivered and have taken away my Rs.****/-.
Hope that I will get resolution for this matter.
