12bet - Account blocked without reasons

Hello
My **bet username - Mannu****
Yesterday i have won ***** INR in roulette and placed a withdrawal on **bet website.
They will ask me for KYC documents and i have submitted my documents successfully and they will verify my documents and complete my account verification.
After * hour they will closed my account without any reason and my withdrawal money wasn't ripped.
I have contacted the costomer support they will tell me the account was suspended due to fraud activity.
But i have not done any fraud activity in my account and my winning is real winning.
Please help
