Flipkart.com - account blocked and refused to take replacement not returning money in my account

Flipkart blocked my account * weeks ago stating the reason that the product I bought is not intended for my use. After that, I send them the photos of the products which I bought are being used in my house and asked them to give proof on what basis they assumed so and blocked my account but *-* times. They replied with same copy-paste mail. When I insisted to unblock my account and asked to take replacement of some product which I bought at that time then they stopped replying to anything. After that, I called then many times and every time they say the same thing that you will get a call for your issue and it will be solved in * days. But it goes on like that and no action has been taken related to account blockage, replacement issue and my money which was there in my account. I am following them through consumer court also but from that mean also they replying with same first mail and even not returning my money.
I was having Rs **** in my wallet of Flipkart and rest two product which I bought and needed to be replaced because of these people delay warranty got expired and they have not taken the replacement request.
They wasted a lot of time and didn't bother to solve my problem. So I want to file legal notice to them and ask for compensation of ***** as they grabbed my money from more than a month.
