I am filing this complaint against Myntra (Myntra Designs Pvt Ltd) for the illegal suspension of my account and blacklisting of my device hardware.
My account was suddenly deactivated, and my device has been blacklisted, preventing any further access. Myntra support is only providing generic responses citing 'Clause * and **' without any specific reason. I strictly maintain that I have not violated any terms of service or policies.
Furthermore, I received wrong order but I am unable to access my account or contact support. Myntra is holding my money and refusing to process my return. This is an unfair trade practice. Requesting immediate intervention for my refund/return.
Myntra is intentionally preventing me from exercising my right to return the product and is illegally holding my money. This is a clear case of 'Unfair Trade Practice' and 'Deficiency in Service' under the Consumer Protection Act.
My Demands:
*. Immediate reactivation of my account and removal of my device from the blacklist.
*. Manual processing of my pending return and refund.
*. A clear explanation for this arbitrary action.
