Indian Railways - Accidental death compensation not received

The railway administration has increased the amount of compensation. The Indian Government has amended such enhancement in The railways Act, ****. The compensation has been made twice for people who suffered severe physical injury or in case of death.
Under the Railway Accident and Untoward Incidents (Compensation) Amendment Rules, **** the initial amount for compensation which was Rs. * lakh has been increased to an amount of Rs. * Lakh in cases regarding the death of a passenger.
In regards to this, my father passed away falling off the train, upon investigation the door near the sink was left open when the train track had a steep turn at the accident spot. I have not received any compensation from the railway tribunal
