I had purchased car Creta *.* SX CRDi AT from Soham motors, Aurangabad, Maharashtra in last month ( **/**/****). But I regret to inform you that as per the car brochure/ manual, the car is not delivered with Diamond cut alloy wheels. As the car is recommended by my relative, the same model I had purchased My relative's car is with a diamond-cut alloys wheel as it is the same model purchased in the month of Aug**. My car details are as VIN. MALC***UMKM****** Reg.No MH** SE **** Enclosed your manual which I referred during the finalization of the car. I feel that the company had cheated me by not providing the Diamond cut alloy wheel as agreed and as per brochure/manual.
