Acc not working this bus going from Delhi to Rishikesh in between from bus smoke was coming out now it got fixed we are moving to Rishikesh but still ac is not working not sure it is a safe ride or not.

Zingbus policy allows non-prime users to get * full cancellation in ** days, if the ticket is canceled more than * hours ago. And I canceled it * hours ago. Yet the company is not allowing me refund.
