I purchased a Voltas Split AC on **/**/**** and not even a single year is completed yet. I’ve been facing many problems. I contacted toll-free and submitted my complaint around **-** days ago. Till now, no action has been taken yet. I’ve been trying to call senior representatives of our zone. They’re out of reach and the authorised technician hasn’t been visiting to change the damaged part.
