Voltas Ac - AC not installed properly Gas got leaked

Hi,
I have purchased Voltas AC on March **th and the AC got delivered on March **th and got installed on March **th ****. The AC gave cooling just for * days and on March **th there was no cooling in AC. I raised a complaint on March **th and a technician came on that day and checked the AC and said that there was a leak in gas and the installation guy did not do his work properly.. then he said he will come and refill the gas in ** hours.. I followed up for * continuous days till lockdown started on March **st and no one responded to my query.. Till date, May **nd, I am following up with service center, Area manager, Service center owner and no one is helping me. My mobile number is **********
