Just Dial Limited - AC not fixed still facing issues

On **th April I have called just dial seeking contacts of AC service provider , they sent me details over WhatsApp , right then I received numerous , one says he will do it just for ***/- and another one *** , I received this call from Murali +************ /***** ***** he said he stays in the same locality ,, he came by removed the cover of my AC , that being said the actual problem was water was draining from indoor unit , I had give him cloth , mug full of water to clean , and then he checked outdoor unit , said the coolant was low , i need to fill charged me extra **** on top of *** for general servicing .. he asked me to not to switch on for an hour .. post that night when I switched it on the outdoor unit won’t cut off it runs continuously.. I called him up the next he said he is out of station he would send someone . No body came then I called him in the evening he said he will arrange someone the next day , nobody came and to my horror water started leaking from indoor unit .. I messaged him WhatsApp with pics of water draining out .. no reply .. I called just dial to complain , they said someone will call back , never did that call came , then I called them the next day , I was told the same thing but never did the call came .. here I am sitting and thinking what next .. whom should call to get this fixed .. can someone help me
