Ordered and AC before lockdown .
And had to cancel the product because of lockdown and taking long time to deliver the product
Everything went smooth and then a nightmare happened
The refund amount had to be credited on **st of April and till today it didn't happen.
One of flipkart agent got in touch with me and told to contact bank with The reference ID ***********************.

Is not a valid number ...there is no transaction happened with that number that is provided .
I never knew flipkart would really cheat on valuable customers
It's become a mental stress for us to get to know what exactly is happening
Now neither of them is supporting
And may I know why is the reference not
I really have no idea from where the reference id was generated and bank people are saying there is no trasaction happened like that ..
I need a permanent fix asap ..
